As a dedicated duo, we keep our operation lean and direct—meaning you work directly with the creatives handling your project. Nhat Minh Tran – Lead Photographer

With a strong foundation in Graphic Design, Nhat Minh approaches photography with a practical understanding of layout, color accuracy, and composition. He focuses heavily on the technical execution—mastering lighting, camera work, and set arrangement—to ensure every image serves its commercial purpose perfectly. He believes in getting the technical details right on set to deliver clean, highly usable visuals.

Van Anh – Studio Operations & Production

Van Anh manages the essential “before and after” of every shoot. She handles client communication, scheduling, remote production logistics, and prop sourcing. On set, she assists with product preparation and keeps the workflow organized and efficient. Her goal is to clear the path so the creative process runs smoothly and without interruption.

Our quotes are custom-built based on the project’s scope, including the number of concepts, technical complexity, set design, and licensing requirements. Because we dedicate significant time to creative consultancy, pre-production logistics, and highly technical setups, we typically partner with brands looking for comprehensive visual solutions rather than single-image requests. Distance is never a barrier. You simply ship your products to our Hanoi studio. During production, we use a highly organized batch-review system, sending you test shots and setups for direct feedback. This ensures you maintain full creative control and can approve everything from your office, anywhere in the world.

While our Hanoi studio is fully equipped for meticulous product and e-commerce setups, we frequently execute on-location shoots. We are highly experienced in packing our technical gear and bringing full production capabilities directly to your corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, or warehouse locations.

To guarantee our signature image quality, all on-site projects require a preliminary location scouting session to ensure adequate space and optimal technical conditions for our setup.

To ensure a smooth and transparent workflow, our payment schedule is divided into three installments:

  • 50% Advance Deposit: Required to secure the production schedule and initiate pre-production logistics.
  • Remaining Production Fee: Due upon completion of the shooting days (this covers the balance of the production costs, excluding post-production).
  • Final Payment: Covers the post-production fees and is due after the delivery of the final high-resolution visual assets.

For payment methods, we seamlessly accept international wire transfers (SWIFT), Wise, and various other secure online payment platforms to accommodate our global clients. Please note that all invoices are issued and settled in Vietnamese Dong (VND). For international transfers, clients are kindly requested to cover any intermediary bank fees to ensure the exact invoiced amount is received.

Turnaround times depend on the complexity and scale of the project. Generally, once we receive your products and the initial deposit is cleared, a standard commercial shoot takes about 1 to 2 weeks from production to final retouching. We will provide a precise timeline during the briefing stage.

Typically, once the project is finalized, we will carefully pack and ship the products back to you or directly to your manufacturer (all return shipping costs are covered by the client).

Alternatively, for items of standard dimensions (excluding oversized or bulky products), we can securely store them at our studio for up to a maximum of one year for potential future projects. Please note that if the products are not claimed or requested back after this agreed storage period, we reserve the right to fully handle or dispose of the items at our discretion. We will confirm this with you before the shoot begins.

Our standard quotes include comprehensive commercial usage rights for the fully retouched, high-resolution final assets, allowing you to use them across your website, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing channels. To guarantee our signature visual quality, unedited RAW files are not included in our standard packages. If your campaign requires an exclusive full-copyright buyout or the release of original RAW files, please let us know during the briefing stage so we can tailor the buyout fees to your needs.
